In the process of thermal transfer printing, firstly, the film paper is fully bonded with the substrate with hot-melt adhesive, and then the ink on the film paper is separated from the film paper by the combined action of heat and pressure, penetrated and attached to the spraying layer of the substrate, and finally the thermal transfer product aluminum plate with the required pattern is formed. The process flow of flat aluminum plate is relatively simple, and the transfer quality is easy to ensure. If the flat aluminum plate is processed by heat transfer first and then later forming, a complete set of heat transfer equipment can be used, which has higher production efficiency. The heat transfer principle of special-shaped aluminum plate is consistent with that of flat aluminum plate. However, due to the irregular shape and decorative surface of special-shaped aluminum plate, the laying of heat transfer paper on the decorative surface of aluminum plate needs to be completed by hand, and the production efficiency is relatively low. In order to ensure the uniform effect of the decorative surface of the aluminum plate after the final transfer printing, it is necessary to fully contact the heat transfer paper with the decorative surface of the aluminum plate. In order to achieve this purpose: one way is to use the heat transfer glue to closely paste the heat transfer paper with the decorative surface of the aluminum plate; Another way is to use a tubular heat-resistant plastic expansion bag to cover the aluminum plate after dry laying of the heat transfer paper, and then vacuum to make the heat transfer paper fully and effectively cling to the surface of the aluminum plate.
