1. 2. 4. Spray primer.Due to the poor combination of aluminum alloy and surface paint and printing ink, it needs to spray a layer of about 0.01mm thick epoxy zinc yellow primer.

6. Screen printing.The overall requirements of the printed sign blanks panel are: the image location is accurate and clear, the line edges are neat and the ink is firm.
 
7. Spray varnish.Brush painting can be used when the requirement is not high, paint can choose H type water-soluble acrylic paint or amino paint.
 
8. Packaging.The sign blanks is heavy and easy to knock on each other, but it can be placed in the finished product to protect its surface.
